Luis Sáragga Leal
One of PLMJ’s founding partners.
About Luis
Luis is one of PLMJ's founding partners. He is a senior partner in the Corporate M&A practice and has 50 years' experience as a lawyer. During his career, he has acted on some of the most important transactions and projects in Portugal and abroad.
Luis specialises in international transactions, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign investment.
He advises on cross-border transactions and large-scale investment projects involving various countries, including China, Angola, Mozambique and Portugal.
In 1998, he was one of the driving forces behind the establishment of the PLMJ Foundation, and he remains actively involved today as chairman of its board.
